CIND offers a variety of software programs and toolkits for MRI development, image processing, analysis and data management.  This website also lists descriptions of processing pipelines for structural, perfusion, diffusion, and functional MRI data.  Users are encouraged to communicate with CIND researchers and software developers in order to improve the effectiveness of our software and to promote its use by researchers worldwide.
