Scheduling 

To schedule an appointment for a patient, please call our Radiology Central Scheduling phone number at (415) 353-2573 or fax your requisition (pdf) to (415) 353-7140, Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m.-6:30 p.m.

Most exams can be scheduled within five business days. Every effort will be made to accommodate urgent requests within two days.

Billing & Insurance

We contract with most major health insurance companies. Many insurance plans (including PPOs) require prior authorization for imaging services. We will be happy to assist you with any questions regarding authorization, price quotes, procedure codes, statements, or billing. Please contact the billing and insurance department at (415) 514-8888, Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m.-4:.00 p.m.

Copy of images and report

In most cases, after completing a procedure, patient will be able to walk out of our Center with a copy of their images on a CD so they can give them easily to their referring physician.
