2008 Imaging Research Symposium Presentation Instructions

Directors Talk

All directors talks need to be pre-loaded on-line by 12pm, September 15, 2008 Monday (https://intrarad.ucsf.edu/presentation). Name your power point file as: LastName_FirstName.ppt. A Mac or PC computer will be provided for the presentation. The talk should be no more than 12 minutes each.

Oral Presentations

All oral presentations need to be pre-loaded on-line by 12pm, September 15, 2008 Monday (https://intrarad.ucsf.edu/presentation). Name your power point file as: LastName_FirstName.ppt. A Mac or PC computer will be provided for the presentation. The talk should be no more than 8 minutes each.

E-posters

All E-posters need to be pre-loaded on-line by 12pm, September 15, 2008 Monday (https://intrarad.ucsf.edu/presentation). Name your power point file as: LastName_FirstName.ppt. The presentation should be no more than 4 slides (suggested structure: title, background/significance, methods, conclusions/discussion). A Mac or PC computer will be provided for the presentation. Each E-poster will be projected at the big screen (the same one used for oral presentation) during the 4-minute designated time slot as listed in symposium program. Authors are required to stand by during their time slot to answer questions.

Conventional Posters

The maximum size of the poster is 4 feet by 4 feet. Poster numbers are listed in the symposium program. The time for poster set up is from 12-12:45pm and all poster are required to be set up during this session and before the symposium begins. Push pins will be provided for setting up posters. Authors must be at their posters during the designated poster session and must be available to answer questions during the period. Posters must be removed after the symposium Posters that remain after 6pm will be discarded.
