Presentation Instructions

Oral Presentations

Each presentation will be allotted 10 minutes, with an 8 min talk and 2 min for questions. The specific time slot for each presentation can be found in the symposium program. The presentation should be in PowerPoint format and be pre-uploaded to the symposium webpage https://intrarad.ucsf.edu/presentation by Friday, September 11th. The webpage is available only to computers on UCSF radiology networks (including VPNs). Name your power point file as: LastName_FirstName.ppt. A Mac or PC computer will be provided for the presentation.

 

 

Conventional Posters

The maximum size of the poster is 4 feet by 4 feet. Poster numbers are listed in the symposium program. Poster set up is from 12-12:45pm at Millberry Union and all posters are required to be set up during this session and before the symposium begins. Push pins will be provided for setting up posters. Authors must be at their posters during the designated poster session and must be available to answer questions during the period. Posters must be removed after the symposium Posters that remain after 6pm will be discarded.
