Program Overview

The Department of Radiology and Biomedical Imaging offers fellowship and training opportunities to those physicians who wish to expand their expertise inseveral of the following radiology subspecialties:

Non-ACGME Fellowships
(The following are not participants in the national match program.)

  • Abdominal Img (ML-VAMC-SFGH)
  • Cardiac & Pulmonary Imaging
  • Interventional Neuroradiology 
  • Musculoskeletal (2017-2018 filled)
  • Ultrasound 
  • Women's Imaging
  • Women's Imaging/US Combination

ACGME Fellowships
(Neuroradiology and Vascular Interventional are participants in the national match program.)

  • Neuroradiology  (Completed Applications Due no later than 1/1/15)
  • Nuclear Medicine
  • Pediatric Radiology
  • Vascular Interventional  

    Applications Accepted for the 2017-2018:

    Non-ACGME Programs (Abdominal Imaging, Cardiac & Pulmonary Imaging, Interventional Neuroradiology, Musculoskeletal, Ultrasound, & Women's Imaging) and the following ACGME programs (Nuclear Medicine and Pediatrics) dates for the 2017-2018 appointment period:

    mid-late July

    Decisions made and announced

    ACGME Programs (Neuroradiology and Vascular Interventional) will follow the NRMP schedule of dates
