Many insurance plans (including PPOs) require prior authorization for imaging services, and we understand that working with insurance and other benefits can be challenging.  That’s why our Radiology Billing & Insurance Department at (415) 514-8888 is happy to help with any insurance questions or problems.  Our staff will be able to assist you with any questions regarding authorization, price quote, procedure codes, statement, or billing
