UCSF Radiology's Heather Greenwood, MD, Named an SBI Fellow

UCSF Radiology's Heather Greenwood, MD, Named an Society of Breast Imaging FellowUC San Francisco Department of Radiology and Biomedical Imaging is excited to congratulate Heather Greenwood, MD, on her recognition as a Fellow of the Society of Breast Imaging. Dr. Greenwood is an associate Professor of Clinical Radiology in the Breast Imaging section at UCSF Radiology. The honor was bestowed on Dr. Greenwood at the Radiology Society of North America 2022 Scientific Assembly and Annual Meeting.

SBI Fellowship is one of the highest honors for members of the Society of Breast Imaging. SBI Fellows are considered a recognized leader in the field of breast imaging and must display sustained and verifiable success in at least three of the four categories:

  • Breast-related scientific/academic accomplishment
  • Medical education related to breast imaging/breast disease, breast wellness
  • Administrative or political activities impacting breast health
  • Service to patients or to the Society of Breast Imaging
